February felt like a long short month (?), but alas it’s time to share some of the things I’ve been into lately.
Sauerkraut
I forgot how much I love sauerkraut, and recently picked some up at my favorite crunchy granola health food store (this brand in particular). Gut health is something that’s always in the back of my mind as being essentially important, and lately I’m trying to move it more to the forefront. Sauerkraut is one of the best and tasty food sources of probiotics - I eat this plain out of the jar, in salads, scrambled eggs or even on avocado toast.
