Nutrition: meal plan your way into 2023
Whenever I talk about people being busy, I think of the scene from Sex and the City where Carrie is elbowed or pushed by a guy in a suit while walking down the street and she yells after him something along the lines of “you’re so busy! you’re just so busy!” (I’ve totally wanted to do this multiple times, by the way). While being busy isn’t an excuse to be an asshole, everyone sort of is busy, my clients included. So, today I’m going to share a few prompts to help you start thinking about what might work best for you, and how to put the first steps into practice.
