It has recently come to my attention that there is another Kelly Hogan in the world who is quite a popular advocate for a “carnivore, zero carb diet.” I know this because I receive a fair amount of emails and DMs from people thinking I’m her (how, I’m not sure since I think my nutrition philosophy is quite clear on all my platforms). Name similarities aside, one of us is a healthcare professional, qualified to give nutrition advice and one most certainly is not. And if I sound salty when I say that, it’s because of the incredible amount of frustration I have with the amount of nutrition misinformation floating around the internet from similar sources.
