Evening routines

I was speaking with one of my student patients at Juilliard recently about creating a relaxing evening routine to help with sleep and getting to bed earlier. This may not seem nutrition-related, but it totally is (just like morning routines)! So many other aspects of life and “self care” can relate back to nutrition and vice versa, sleep most definitely being one of them.
