Nutrition/wellness: meal prepping for those who can't stand it
Last week, we talked about some ways to get you started with a meal prepping “plan” that works for you and your schedule. However, I realize reading through that post could result in thoughts not unlike, well, that sounds awful and there is no way I am going to do that. A lot of my clients fall into a similar boat for a variety of reasons - young kids, unpredictable work schedule, disdain for cooking, etc. And that’s ok! Part of my job, the “art” of nutrition, is figuring out ways to make nutrition and health work for you as an individual human in a sustainable way. Here are a couple tips that can help make meal planning and prepping not feel like an insurmountable, unenjoyable task.
